We try to see patients at the appointed times. If you are kept waiting there is normally a good reason for this, such as someone with an emergency, so your patience and understanding would be appreciated.
If you do have to cancel an appointment, we require, wherever possible, 24 hours notice. This enables us to make alternative arrangements. There will be a charge made for appointments broken without 24 hours notice. We can arrange to send reminders of appointments by e-mail. Please ask when you book your appointment.
Monday to Friday: 8.00am to 5.00pm
The practice closes between 1pm and 2pm for lunch , Monday to Friday
There is private, off road parking at the surgery which is free to all our patients. We also provide service to patients who use wheelchairs.
Holidays and Emergency Cover
We are closed on Bank Holiday Mondays and Good Friday. We close between Christmas and the New Year.
Emergency cover is provided during these times. Emergency only out-of-hours telephone - 07528 353328
Keep Us Informed
We may need to ask you about the medication your are taking. Please make a note of their names and tell us about them when you attend.
If you change your address, telephone number (including mobile) or email address , please let us know as soon as possible. This helps keep our records up to date and our recall system more efficient.
From time to time we will ask you to fill in a Medical History Questionnaire to assist in our diagnosis and treatment. This is confidential. Strict confidentiality of patient’s records and information is maintained at all times. Patient records will not be passed onto any third party without the patient’s express permission.
